At Joanna Czech, the health and safety of our clients and our employees has always been of utmost importance. In an effort to continue to keep everyone protected, we are taking extra precautions, and have been working with a Certified Industrial Hygienist to make sure that we are in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Has not come in contact with any person known or suspected of having COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
- Does not exhibit any common symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, dry cough, chills, recent loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, recent headaches, muscle pain, or a sore throat.
We will pre-screen each client and employee to ensure that anyone entering our Studios:
We have scaled back our appointment schedules to allow more time to sanitize the treatment rooms and common areas in between each client.
We will collect all paperwork through a web portal before each appointment. Filling out this paperwork will be mandatory - at least 48 hours before your appointment.
For clients who prefer not to shop in-studio, we will continue to offer pick-up for retail orders placed by phone. And as always, our website is available 24/7.
