Q: What is The VIC Program?

A: The Very Important Clientele program is designed to reward loyal Joanna Czech customers like you. The VIC Program allows you to earn tokens of appreciation for purchasing on JoannaCzech.com, and much more. The rewards we offer can change at any time, so check back to see the latest.

Q: Who can join?

A: All are welcome to join The VIC program. By creating an account at JoannaCzech.com, you are automatically enrolled in the program.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: You’ll already earn 200 points as you create an account. After that, you’ll earn 1 point per $1 you spend. Points should arrive in your VIC account within 30 days after your order date. Please see our loyalty page for further details.

To see all the points you have accumulated, make sure you are logged in.

Q: HOW SOON WILL MY POINTS BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AFTER PURCHASE?

Points should arrive in your account within 30 days after your order date.

Q: Can I earn points on past purchases?

A: Purchases prior to 1/27/2023 VIC launch are not eligible for points, but all future purchases are. Start getting rewarded now.

Q: Can I earn VIC rewards points if I purchase Joanna Czech products from another site or a retail store?

A: The VIC program is awarding points exclusively for JoannaCzech.com purchases.

Q: Will I lose my status if I don't hit the spend tier amount?

A: Yes, in order to maintain Loyalty tier status, you must hit the spend tier before the end of the new year.

Q:  Do my points ever expire?

A: Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the client’s Loyalty account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Q:  Can I combine my points from multiple accounts into a single account?

A: Yes. If you have more than one Joanna Czech account, please email your account credentials to concierge@joannaczech.com and note which account you’d like to keep.

Q: What happens to my points when I return items?

A: Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase, including bonus points. Should you return a product back to us within 30 days, any pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.

For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after products are returned. 

Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO EARN/REDEEM POINTS AT THE JOANNA CZECH STUDIOS IN NEW YORK OR DALLAS?

Purchases made in our studios will not count towards points within the VIC program.

Rewards also cannot be redeemed or claimed in the studios.

Q: WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELLED' STATUSES MEAN?

Your reward points history will show a status for each activity.
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase the points will change from pending to cancelled.

Q: I completed an action that shouldve earned points, but they arent showing up. What went wrong?

A: Your points and rewards will show up within 1 to 2 minutes after action is completed. If you still do not see your points, email us at concierge@joannaczech.com. Make sure to have your receipt available. 

Q:  I currently reside outside of the United States. Am i still able to participate in The VIC program?

A: Yes. The only reward you will not receive if you are an international customer is free shipping unless your order is $300+.

Q: How do I leave The VIC program?

A: We’re sad to see you go! If you no longer wish to be a part of the program, please contact us at concierge@joannaczech.com, and we can assist in removing you from the VIC program. Please note that all points will be deducted from your account.
