Reflekt

While I am hesitant to recommend most scrubs, as they can be overused and too aggressive for some skin conditions, I recently discovered Reflekt. It has become one of my go-to products.  Founder Nancy Schnoll created a unique, pioneering face wash that is hydrating and exfoliating. 

Shnoll, a New York-based skincare maven, has a minimalist approach to beauty. She began creating what would become Reflekt 1 and knew she was on to something special. She collaborated with a top European chemist who helped her perfect and bottle her new creation.

Reflekt 1 Daily Exfoliating Face Wash is ‘clean science’ at its best. It is made with gentle, all-natural beads that dissolve quickly on the skin, combined with Hyaluronic Acid, Jojoba Esters, Vegetable Collagen and Vitamin B5. This is safe to use on skin conditions that are sensitive, mature and prone to rosacea.

The scent is fresh and barely noticeable, just the way I like it. Another added bonus is it is free of parabens and sulfates, and not tested on animals.

While it was made for twice-daily exfoliation, and some people can definitely use it this way, I would recommend people with more sensitive skin to start with once a day.
